  Wings of Hope is a restorative justice ministry for women. It is a place that changes lives! They show Gods love and compassion and mercy as well as teaching personal responsibility to God and for your own choices. 98% of the women who successfully compleate the program go on to lead productive lives, only 2% ever go back into the system! If you need help, or know someone who does, this is the place to be.
