  First of all, this review is for Bible Baptist Church. Yes, the pastor is part of the church, but he is not THE church. In order, to accurately review a church, you would have to attend on a regular basis, serve in, and actually know the hearts of each person who is a member of Bible Baptist. No one can know hearts except for God. What has been previously posted is not a review, it is SLANDER. Proverbs 10:18 says, "The one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever utters slander is a FOOL," In order to say the hurtful things that were mentioned in these other reviews, you must not know Pastor Todd's heart. My husband and I serve under his leadership and are moved by God's hand in his life. I am confident in saying that God is using him as an instrument in reaching Fort Wayne for Christ. You also need to be aware that your comments do not just affect our pastor, but also his family and how hurtful this must be to them as well. I know you feel that you must share your opinion, but you are not considering the literally millions of people who may be reading these reviews. It is potentially fatal to these who are searching for answers only to find that this is what people who are supposed to be believers are writing. Are you prepared to account for the detriment of other people's souls? What needs to happen at this point is the posts need to be removed and you need to meet with Pastor Todd personally. Nothing is accomplished on either side by spreading hate. It is unnecessary and repulsive! I pray that you would consider what effect this has on everyone involved and choose to make a godly choice in the matter.

  as a whole the church is a good place there are good God loving people there. i personly LOVE the YOUTH GROUP. their leaders Shawn and Heidi are amazing people and will do anything for anyone. i attended this church as a kid untill i left in high school under paster jim. when i later had children i decided to return to see how it was,knowing it was under a new paster(Todd Spain), i was greatly suprized in what i incountered. Paster Todd hit me with his words in a way i could understand and it was amazing. I now still attend and am a Youth leader along side Heidi and Shawn. If it was not for the words of Todd and my youth leaders as a teen i might not have stayed.(just wasnt ready to go back to church). they all welcomed me with open arms and i just cant leave. i apsolutly love this church and my girls will grow up here....Heidi and Shawn, YOU ROCK......

  Hey I'm a teen in the youth group (I'm a senior in fact I wish I had came to this church long before my senior year but that's besides the point). I LOVE this church I wish I could give it 10 stars!!!! Pastor Todd & Joann are one of the most Godly people I have met. Joann was my prayer warrior when I went to Lift Camp & she gave me little notes while I was there to encourage me & to just tell me she loves me & she prays for me, she's even pulled me to the side after services & tell me she was still praying for me. Everyone at this church has made me & my family feel welcome, as a matter of fact when I graduate high school and college I plan on becoming a volunteer in the youth group. You need to come visit this church at least once, & look for the girl with neon colored hair (there's two of us, I'm the taller one) Also the youth group is great!!! We're all very loving & open & we'll try to make you feel at home, Shawn & Heidi do a great job teaching us about God & they treat every kid there like their own :) -Candi out (Peace Love & GOD :D)

  Hi this is Pastor Todd Spain. I am addressing PU1970's comment regarding me and Bible Baptist Church. I truly sorry that you feel that I have deeply offended you. I would love the opportunity to discuss this in private. If necessary, I will ask and seek your forgiveness if I am wrong. I would also ask that, for the sake of cause of Christ, please do not cause the reputation of the people of Bible Baptist Church to suffer because of this matter. They are an innocent party. This church is comprised of individuals who sincerely love the Lord and desire to worship and follow Him with their whole hearts.
